Construction and Engineering

Highly trained construction and engineering workers are in high demand across the capital, and with the right skills, you could be one of them.

If you enjoy practical as well as theoretical work and like to see your achievements come to life, our expert training could lead to a fulfilling job with great earning potential. Our specialist academy provides courses in a wide range of trades, including engineering, bricklaying, carpentry, electrical installation, painting, decorating and plastering.

From September 2024, all construction courses at Lewisham College are delivered in brand-new construction facilities at our Lewisham Way campus. Our new construction classrooms are the first part of an exciting investment plan into our campus for our students and staff. The investment plan is in part funded by the agreed sale of our Deptford building, which is no longer operated by Lewisham College.
