Level 2 apprentice in technical theatre support, lighting and AV - Bobby Packham - is currently working for the Southbank Centre.
“I’d previously thought about working in the field of live music in a technical role, but couldn’t see an obvious career path outside of going to university.
“I applied for this apprenticeship at Southbank because it was a way into this field, and those related to it, and would not just give me hands-on experience but also an insight into the industry which would then allow me to make an informed choice at the end of it as to whether I’d like to continue working in this environment."
