I have had a huge range of training opportunities in both my workplace and college which has developed skills I couldn’t have imagined I was capable of.

During my 9 months as an apprentice I have managed to gain a lot of experience in a workplace. Thanks to my college and the help they have provided towards my Business Administration Diploma I have gained valuable knowledge which I can apply in my workplace and future jobs.

I now understand the principles of business admin and how to work in an organisation. My experience of an apprenticeship has exceeded expectations and choosing to do an apprenticeship is probably one of the best choices I have made to date, as the ‘standard’ school curriculum did not suit my learning style.

I have had a huge range of training opportunities in both my workplace and college which has developed skills I couldn’t have imagined I was capable of. Thanks to the guided learning provided by my college assessor I have been able to progress through my Level 2 Business Administration course with ease, steadily making progress and staying above target.

If I had to sum up my experience as an apprentice in three words they would be: enjoyable, educational and elaborate.
