Art & Design

Are you keen and have the interest in pursuing a career in arts and design? UAL Level 3 Diploma in Creative Practice: Art Design and Communication gives students an in-depth introduction to the creative industries along with a broad foundation of related knowledge skills and attributes associated to the creative process. The course is ideal for students who want to explore and experiment with a range of different digital and analogue specialist practices within the creative industries (Y1) and then begin to specialise in a fine art practice such as drawing painting photography printmaking or sculpture (Y2). The UAL Level 3 Diploma in Creative Practice: Art Design and Communication will support students to develop a portfolio of work enabling them to make applications to appropriate entry level roles training programmes apprenticeships self- employment or higher education. This course consists of two separate qualifications. In your first year of study you will work towards the Level 3 90-Credit Diploma. Following successful completion of this qualification you will be able to progress to the Extended Diploma. Our Extended Diplomas offer equivalent UCAS points to studying 3 A Levels.
