    This course is suitable for a range of levels. College staff will support you at the enrolment stage to confirm your eligibility for the course.

    Aims of the course

    Aims of the course are to learn Diversity and Ethics in the Use of Counselling Skills Introduction to Counselling Skills Theories Counselling Skills and Personal Development and Using Counselling Skills.

    Progression Opportunities

    Learners can progress on to Level 3 Award in Counselling Skills and Theory or Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills.

    Facilities

    The course will be delivered through blended learning including online assessments and face-to-face workshops.

    Career Options

    The objectives of this qualification are to help learners to progress to similar qualifications at a higher level or progress to a role in which counselling skills are used.
