    Entry Requirements

    This course aims to equip learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective administrative services in a business environment. Throughout the course learners will gain an understanding of fundamental principles of business document production and information management effective communication strategies in a business setting and the structure and function of employer organisations. Additionally learners will develop skills to form and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues ensuring a productive and collaborative workplace environment.

    Assessment Method

    In this course we'll explore the trend of growing private sector businesses in the UK the reasons behind the steady increase in the business population and how today's global economy presents opportunities and challenges for companies. With new markets come shrinking profit margins and increasing operating expenses making the need for good business administration more important than ever before. Throughout this course you'll be equipped with the skills and knowledge you need to navigate these challenges and help businesses thrive. This course has continuous running intakes.
