Lewisham College is thrilled to announce the appointment of Kieren McIntosh as our new Vice Principal, a role that brings him back to the institution where his own journey began over two decades ago.

Kieren, a student at Lewisham College 22 years ago, has returned in a leadership capacity to work with our Principal Jamie Stevenson and the rest of the Senior Leadership Team in guiding the College through its next exciting chapter. Kieren’s appointment represents our ongoing commitment to developing dynamic leadership to serve its students and the wider community.

Reflecting on his return to Lewisham College, Kieren shared,
"25 years ago, I was a student at Lewisham College, and I’m now returning to join Jamie Stevenson and the team as Vice Principal. We have already been speaking about our goals to make Lewisham College a beacon for South London and I’m excited about the next chapter. I feel privileged to be part of this new team and joining the esteemed National College Group (NCG).”

As Vice Principal, Kieren will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support in strategic planning and the development of our estate's strategy. His unique perspective as a former student adds a personal element to his leadership role and will be pivotal in driving forward initiatives that ensure the College continues to provide high-quality education and support for its diverse student body.

Principal Jamie Stevenson expressed his enthusiasm about Kieren's return, stating:”We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome Kieren McIntosh as our new Vice Principal. Having him return to Lewisham College is a real testament to the power of education and the impact this college has had on so many of our learners. Kieren brings a wealth of experience and insight, and I’m excited to work alongside him and our Senior Leadership Team to build on the college’s strengths. Together we’ll continue to develop and refine our strategy, ensuring Lewisham College remains an anchor institution, also a place where students can achieve their full potential and build bright futures.”
